Still a few places left on ‘Be a Chorister for a Day’

This year’s ‘Be a Chorister for a Day’ will take place on Saturday 15 October. At this event children aged between 7 and 9 years old can learn what it is like to be a Cathedral Chorister.

Up to forty five children can attend the event, which runs from 11am – 5.15pm. The day includes singing games, designing t-shirts, learning about the Cathedral and finding out what a Chorister really does. Lunch is provided, and at the end of the day the children sing Evensong with the Cathedral Choir – parents are extremely welcome!

Places are limited and the day is very popular. If you would like to receive a booking form for the next event please send an e-mail with your name, address, telephone number, child’s name and date of birth to [email protected]. Forms will be sent out at the beginning of September to all who have enquired, and places will be allocated to those returning completed forms on a first-come-first-served basis.
