The Bible and Qur’an are revered by billions of Christians and Muslims, though they remain little known to followers of the other religion. This short course introduces the Qur’an, and examines the relationship of the two scriptures.

The Qur’an contains a host of names and stories familiar from the Bible, including Abraham, Moses and Jesus. What does this tell about the relationship between the two scriptures?
Can Christians and Muslims pray together?

Christians and Muslims both believe in one God and, at least on the Muslim side, openly acknowledge that they believe in the same God. Discussion will be based on a passage of prepared reading which can be downloaded here.
How can Christians understand Muhammad?

This Discussion Session will explore the problem for Christians of a prophetic claimant who brought a revelation after Jesus and his Gospel. Discussion will be based on a passage of prepared reading which can be downloaded here.
