Thursday 25th November
07:00 - 18:00
The Cathedral is now open to all visitors from 7am - 6pm daily.
Details of services in the Cathedral can be found http://">here.
Your safety is our watchword in preparing the Cathedral. There is hand sanitiser easily available, and there are no doors to open or touch. There is a beautifully prepared one-way route to guide you safely around to that space you wish to pick: to sit on the stone benching, to be still, and to be at one with your thoughts. There are candles to light, and you will be in one of the most beautiful cathedral interiors in the country, where countless prayers have been said and loved ones remembered. If you need to talk with someone, you will find a socially distanced and listening ear.
When visiting the Cathedral, please remember to scan the QR code on your NHS app, or fill in one of the Track and Trace forms available at the donations desk.
For those who are unable to visit in person, the Cathedral continues its extensive online programme of worship, music, reflection and pastoral support. In this time where support is so essential, Wells Cathedral is here for all.
