Thursday 31st October
17:15 - 18:15
The New Choral Singers reside in The Hague, the Netherlands. The choir consists of 14 enthusiastic singers who like to be inspired by the Anglican (Cathedral) choral tradition. In the Netherlands they regularly host Choral Evensongs, which are growing in popularity, and are looking forward to doing the same in England. All singers in the choir are well-trained amateurs who, under the direction of their choir director Freek Elbers, work on refining their repertoire and singing skills. In addition to Evensongs, the choir also sings concerts such as Friday 1 November in Cheltenham.
