Exeter Chamber Choir is a versatile and accomplished chamber choir of around 40 auditioned singers drawn from all over Devon. It has recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary under the musical directorship of Andrew Daldorph. Formed in 1997, the Choir’s repertoire is wide-ranging, covering both sacred and secular choral works from the Renaissance to the present day, including new commissions as well as compositions by director Andrew Daldorph. The Choir has a strong focus on singing a cappella, but also collaborates with instrumentalists and ensembles, particularly when performing the great choral masterpieces of the Renaissance and Baroque.
