Wells Cathedral is pleased to offer a regular pattern of public services which all are most welcome to attend.

Wells Cathedral is offering the following regular pattern of public worship in the Cathedral

All are welcome to attend these services:

  • Seating will be socially distanced as part of the Cathedral’s continuing wish to help visitors and those attending services or events to feel safe.
  • Face masks are advised but are not mandatory
  • The Cathedral continues to ask all visitors and those attending services to scan the track and trace QR code, or to complete a track and trace form.

Sunday services

We are delighted to welcome you to a regular schedule of three Sunday services:

10.30am Cathedral Eucharist
3.00pm Choral Evensong

Weekday Worship

8.00am Morning Eucharist, Lady Chapel

The Dean of Wells, The Very Revd Dr John Davies, said:

“The Cathedral has been arranged with a concern for your safety. Public worship has resumed, and all who wish to come are invited in”.

The provision of weekly online Streamed Eucharists has now come to an end, but a new online offering will be available on the Cathedral website, Facebook and YouTube.
