Wells Cathedral is pleased to offer a regular pattern of public services which all are most welcome to attend.

Wells Cathedral is offering the following regular pattern of public worship in the Cathedral

All are welcome to attend these services:

  • Seating will be socially distanced as part of the Cathedral’s continuing wish to help visitors and those attending services or events to feel safe.
  • Face masks are advised but are not mandatory
  • The Cathedral continues to ask all visitors and those attending services to scan the track and trace QR code, or to complete a track and trace form.

Sunday services

We are delighted to welcome you to a regular schedule of three Sunday services:

8.30am Holy Communion (BCP)
10.30am Cathedral Eucharist
3.00pm Choral Evensong

Weekday Worship

8.00am Morning Eucharist, Lady Chapel
10.00am (Wednesdays) Holy Communion
5.15pm Choral Evensong

Listen to our Music

Sunday 22nd May: The Cathedral will be holding a special service of Thanksgiving for the Platinum Jubilee at 3pm to which all are warmly invited. There will be restricted access to visitors from 1.30pm, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
