‘Wellsprings’ – for younger members of the Cathedral community

After months of meeting via Zoom, Wellsprings has returned to meet in person during during the 10.30am Eucharist in the Cathedral.

Wellsprings, the Cathedral’s worship for children, meet on Sundays in Vicars Hall. During the meeting we’ll follow the pattern of the Eucharist in a friendly, child-accessible way: singing songs, listening to a story and prayers, and sharing bread and squash. Wellsprings is friendly and relaxed, suiting children between the ages of 0 and 11. If you are interested in joining us this Sunday, please send an email to wellsprings.cathedral@gmail.com.

A Sunday worship initiative for the younger members of the Cathedral community and young visitors.

Wellsprings takes place during the Eucharist when children (and parents of the youngest children) will be invited to the Education Room, during the middle part of the service, for their own more age-appropriate liturgy.

Welcome leaflets for children will be handed out by sides-people, and those with babies and toddlers will be directed to a special space prepared for them at the Nave crossing.

There is no need to book in advance – just turn up!
