The re-opening of Wells Cathedral

The re-opening of Wells Cathedral

The Cathedral re-opens today following three months of closure during the Coronavirus pandemic. Earlier today the Right Reverend Peter Hancock, Bishop of Bath and Wells and the Dean of Wells, the Very Reverend Dr John Davies, met at the Great West Door and entered together, meeting members of the Cathedral Chapter (its governing body) to pray for those affected by the virus, and for the needs of the world at this time.
