The Chapter of Wells is delighted that Wells Cathedral is open for all visitors from 9:15am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and 12pm-2pm, then 4:30pm-6pm on Sundays. Public worship in the building has also resumed (please note that the opening times for visitors on Sundays have changed to accommodate the Sunday morning services). For those who are unable to visit in person, the Cathedral continues its extensive online programme of worship, music, reflection and pastoral support. In this time of reopening and renewal, Wells Cathedral is here for all.
As Wells Cathedral re-opens, a special appeal called Bounce Back Appeal: Wells Cathedral has been launched to raise urgently needed funds to support its continuing mission and care of its heritage. This appeal has already raised over £65,000 – see below for more information.
