Choral Evensong is held in the Quire of Wells Cathedral and is sung by Voces Seraphorum. This is open to the public and all are welcome. Voces Seraphorum was formed as recently as 2015. The repertoire of the ensemble covers a wide range of unaccompanied and accompanied music spanning many centuries from the sixteenth century to the present day. Voces Seraphorum give regular concerts throughout their home region of Yorkshire. In addition, the group has been the ‘visiting choir’ for weekends of services in Ripon Cathedral and Beverley Minster and are pleased to be singing at Wells Cathedral . Further concerts and other events are planned.
