Wells Cathedral’s Chained Library was built in the 15th century and houses a remarkable collection of early printed and manuscript books as well as one of the few chained libraries in Britain.
Tours offer an insight into the chained library and are led by our highly trained and enthusiastic Cathedral Guides.
This tour ticket includes general admission to the Cathedral for the day.
