We organise large multi school events throughout the year linked to topical themes (for example Remembrance, Fairtrade and the Environment). These events attract multiple schools and include activities such as drama, music, drumming, outdoor activities in the Camery Garden, dressing up, art and lots more! We currently run Wellbeing Days in May during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Moving Up Celebrations 2025
Tuesday 10 Wednesday 11 June at Wells Cathedral
Moving on to middle or secondary school is an important step for every Year 4 and Year 6 pupil. These worship events, which are put together by the Diocese of Bath and Wells Go Team and clergy, make sure that we send our Year 4 and Year 6 children onto the next stage of their educational journey with no doubt that God is with them and will remain with them.
Each Service enables schools to process with their school banners and to leave with a special candle of pilgrimage to take back to their schools. The Services are held in each of the three archdeaconries within the diocese, and will be held at Wells Cathedral on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 June.
Please note there is no option to book workshops in 2025.
