On Monday 20th July, The Robin Hood Youth Orchestra and Jugendorchester Stadt Karlsruhe are delighted to perform an afternoon of their favourite repertoire at Wells Cathedral.
The Robin Hood Youth Orchestra is made up of seventy-five talented young musicians from across Nottingham City. Led by Ian Burton, RHYO plays music from a wide range of styles and genres, including classical, popular music, folk, and jazz.
For their summer residential, RHYO are thrilled to host the Jugendorchester Stadt Karlsruhe from Nottingham’s twinned city, Karlsruhe, Germany. Led by Thomas Paha, JOK perform at exciting venues across Germany and Europe. Both ensembles are so excited for their musical collaboration this summer.
