In collaboration with Arts Council England and Somerset African Caribbean Network, Wells Cathedral presents Tapestry of Black Britons, a powerful exhibition honouring Black British, Caribbean, African, and Asian contributions to WWII. Inspired by the Bayeux Tapestry and African traditions, this evolving artwork by Paula Ogun Hector highlights 2000 years of Black presence in Britain. A special preview with the artist takes place on Friday 4 November.

A specially devised Remembrance Exhibition by local schools and community groups will be on display in the Chapter House throughout the season.
